Chandon will host the Garden Spritz Festival Chandon on January 31, 2026, from 2 pm to 6 pm. The event takes place at Jardim Chandon in Garibaldi, in Brazil’s Serra Gaúcha. In addition, the concept celebrates harvest season with music, food bites, and sparkling wine in an outdoor setting.
Designed as a slow-paced gathering, the festival invites guests to spend the afternoon surrounded by nature. In this way, the brand highlights themes such as diversity, community, and connection. The main spotlight is the Chandon Garden Spritz drink.
Music in the garden
The soundtrack will be led by DJs Leandro Capellaro and Metz. They will deliver sets aligned with the garden mood. Meanwhile, guests can move around the venue and choose from food and drink options available on site.

Menu by regional chefs
The menu features bites created by regional chefs. Giordano Tarso from Pinto Bandeira brings beef rib croquettes and porcini mushroom arancini. Next, Catherine Tedesco from Garibaldi offers tapioca cubes with bacon jelly, Parmesan arancini, Baby Wellington, and Sicilian lemon “palha italiana.”
The organizers say the menu aims to balance practicality and flavor for outdoor eating. In this way, the food matches the rhythm of a festival in the garden. Options remain available during the event window.

The ticket includes entrance to Jardim Chandon and a Chandon acrylic cup. It also includes one serving of Chandon Garden Spritz. The drink is described as brut sparkling wine with orange-peel liqueur, infused with herbs and spices such as cardamom and cinnamon.
