With the holiday season approaching, Terraço Jardins is reviving the Christmas spirit through a complete gastronomic program. The restaurant at Renaissance São Paulo Hotel will serve a Christmas lunch and dinner, as well as themed brunches on every December weekend.
Located in the heart of São Paulo and designed as a large, welcoming urban garden, the venue is ideal for family gatherings and celebrations with friends. The idea is to turn the festive table into a moment of shared memories and comfort.
Seasonal menus with caipira and caiçara influences
Led by chef Raul Vieira, the seasonal menus blend classic Christmas flavors with caipira and caiçara inspirations. These regional traditions are the foundation of Terraço Jardins’ cuisine and gain an authorial twist for the festive period.
The main program takes place on December 24 and 25, with Christmas dinner and lunch. On both occasions, guests will find a complete meal with options for the whole family, served across different themed stations.
The experience includes Starters and Salads, Bread and Antipasti Station, Caiçara Station, Christmas Table, Hot Dishes, Action Station and Desserts. The menu highlights seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes with a distinctly São Paulo touch.
Christmas brunches throughout December
For those who want to get into the Christmas mood earlier, Terraço Jardins will offer themed brunches throughout December. Menus will change each weekend, keeping the experience fresh for returning guests.
Among the salad station highlights is the Turkey Salpicão with shoestring mandioquinha. Main course options include codfish escondidinho with potatoes and roasted turkey with dried-fruit farofa and roasting jus.
Desserts will feature creations such as panettone trifle with white chocolate and dried apricots and orange flan with spiced syrup, among others. The brunches balance classic Christmas flavors with the restaurant’s signature style.
Dates, times and booking details
The Christmas dinners at Terraço Jardins and at the Espaço Havana ballroom, located on the hotel’s mezzanine, will take place on December 24, starting at 7 p.m.. The Christmas lunch is scheduled for December 25, from 12:30 p.m. onwards.
The themed brunches will be held on December 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21, from 12:15 p.m. to 3 p.m., at R$ 209 per person. All experiences require advance reservations and are subject to availability.
