New Decor USA edition spotlights over 30 professionals reshaping South Florida’s design and architecture.
The 9th edition of the Decor USA annual guide is being launched this Thursday (20) in Florida, celebrating outstanding contributions to design and architecture. With 400 pages, the publication connects industry professionals and design enthusiasts while showcasing a vibrant Miami, a city undergoing a global architectural transformation.
Guide highlights leading names in design
“Each edition reflects the key forces moving the market, and this year is no different. We work with trends shaping the industry and curate exclusive projects signed by professionals who defined 2025,” says founder Cecilia Crevatin, who brings more than four decades of editorial experience.
With a democratic approach, sponsors and featured professionals appear in alphabetical order. This year’s edition brings together 30 influential names in South Florida’s creative scene, including Nichola Depass and Troy Dean. A special highlight is architect Kobi Karp, founder of Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design (KKAID). For more than 30 years, his firm has stood out globally with projects exceeding $120 billion in value.

Renowned for his innovative and sensitive approach, Karp presents two landmark projects that have shaped Miami’s skyline and become part of the city’s visual identity. Alongside master sponsor Startlife, he also unveils an exclusive new development that promises to draw attention in the coming years.
This special moment reinforces the guide’s mission: to highlight visionary work and promote meaningful connections within the design community.
A collaborative and meticulous curatorship
Each edition of Decor USA is the result of a long and collaborative curatorial process. “It takes about a year from early commercial stages to final editorial delivery. We always prioritize completed, unpublished projects. Our creative team oversees the visual selection, working closely with each professional to ensure the imagery truly reflects the essence of their work,” explains Crevatin.
According to the editor, all this care results in a “strong, surprising and deeply current edition,” filled with ideas that can be applied to diverse settings. The featured projects appeal to a broad audience, spanning styles from classic to colonial and minimalist.
Expansion to California in 2026
“Decor USA is, above all, a vivid portrait of the design and architecture community. It celebrates talent, creativity and vision. I have been publishing this project since 1992, and it has already surpassed ten editions in the United States,” says Crevatin, who also announces the portfolio’s expansion.
In 2026, the brand will launch Decor California, maintaining its established curatorial standards. The new edition is expected to gather prominent names working on ambitious projects that capture the Californian lifestyle. “There is more news coming, but I can say the new guide will have a strong identity and reflect the region’s creative pulse,” she adds.
