After 11 years leading the Carol Bassi brand, co-founder Anna Carolina Bassi presents her first capsule collaboration. The collection, CB by Anna Carolina Bassi, was designed especially for the summer season. The pieces focus on comfort and versatility while keeping a refined look.

The looks were created with trips to the Brazilian coast in mind, Anna’s destination at the end of the year. In addition, the idea is to maintain elegance even in high temperatures. In this way, the collection reflects the brand’s relaxed yet polished style.

The project began with Anna’s personal wish to create special outfits for her New Year’s Eve getaway. For the first time, she turned her creative gaze inward, designing pieces that express her own taste. As a result, this collab arrives with a more intimate and authorial essence.

Watercolor prints and summer mood

The inspiration took shape when the design team found a watercolor illustration book in a bookstore. The images became the starting point for the collection’s exclusive prints, applied to 100% silk fabric. A dress and a paneaux feature these motifs, conveying the lightness of summer.

The end of the year is a very important time for me, because I connect even more with my family and can enjoy moments of rest with them. I missed having pieces for this season that I will spend in Trancoso, so we created many fresh looks, with perfect materials for the beach, and I am sure our clients will love them,” says Anna Carolina Bassi.

From these prints, the remaining pieces were developed to complete the lineup. The collection also highlights linen, fluid viscose, jersey, crochet and knitwear. Thus, the brand bets on materials that ensure freshness and movement.

Palette, fabrics and key pieces

The color palette moves between blush orange, champagne and off-white tones. The prints include touches of green, blue and pink, reinforcing the sunny mood. As a result, the shades evoke freshness, lightness and harmony.

The main highlight is the handcrafted crochet, made by hand in polyamide yarn with elastic thread. The pieces feature pearl-like embroidery and fringes, appearing in a dress, a top and a bag. These items showcase the brand’s savoir-faire and delicate handmade work.

The dresses come in relaxed silhouettes that emphasize comfort and effortless summer elegance. Among the standouts are jersey swimsuits integrated into the designs, combining versatility and practicality. In this way, they transition smoothly from the beach to more dressed-up occasions.

The capsule also includes a lace set with elastane, composed of cropped pants and a maxi blouse. The outfit can be styled for both casual and sophisticated looks. The goal is to offer multiple styling options within one curated selection.

Another key item is the harem-style pant in lightweight fabric, ideal to wear with the strapless swimsuit in the same material. An off-white crepe dress with an embroidered crochet top reinforces the artisanal touch. A long jersey dress, with a slim fit and festive appeal, rounds out the capsule with ease and sophistication.
