With 12 years at the company, Claudia Argenton becomes NiCE’s Channel Director for Latin America, leading partner growth and AI-driven expansion.

    Strategic channel leadership

NiCE (Nasdaq: NICE) has appointed Claudia Argenton as its new Channel Director for Latin America. With 12 years of experience at the company, she takes on the role to strengthen partner relationships. In addition, she will drive the expansion of NiCE’s business ecosystem in the region.

The announcement comes at a strategic moment for NiCE. The company recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cognigy, a leader in conversational and agentic AI. This move reinforces its vision of accelerating digital transformation in the customer experience (CX) industry.

    AI-driven expansion and CX innovation

By combining Cognigy’s technology with the CXone Mpower platform, NiCE strengthens its ability to orchestrate human and AI agents on a single CX platform. The integration broadens automation and engagement possibilities. It also opens new business opportunities for regional partners.

In this context, Claudia’s role will be key to aligning and empowering partners for this new stage of technological expansion. Her focus includes supporting the integration of AI-based solutions and expanding go-to-market opportunities. Thus, NiCE aims to consolidate a more robust and competitive partner ecosystem.

Career path at NiCE and project expertise

Claudia began her journey at NiCE as a Project Manager, a role she held for seven years. She led complex deployments, from on-premises implementations to cloud migrations. Her work always emphasized operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Later, she was promoted to Senior Partner Success Manager (PSM). In this position, she worked closely with partners, supporting integration processes and the development of CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions. This experience broadened her perspective on the channel ecosystem.

“My career has always been very focused on delivery and on relationships with customers and partners. This perspective, coming from the services side, helps me better understand what our partners need to grow and how NiCE can support them,” she says.

    Internal talent and new challenges

NiCE’s decision to appoint Claudia Argenton also highlights the company’s commitment to developing internal talent. The promotion recognizes her combined experience in projects and partner management. As a result, it aligns her background with the strategic demands of the Channel Director role.

“Knowing that the combination of my experience in projects and in the partner area can contribute to the challenges of the Directorate was extremely rewarding. This perception reinforced my conviction that I can add strategic value to this new mission,” she comments.

    Education, background and CX vision

Passionate about technology since her teenage years, when she studied Data Processing, Claudia Argenton holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes. She also has a specialization in Process Management (BPM) from FGV. This academic background supports her work in complex technology environments.

Before joining NiCE, Claudia built a 20-year career in technology, with experience at companies such as PerkinElmer and Stefanini. She worked in project management and customer service at strategic integrators. Her portfolio includes projects for telecommunications, industry, financial services, utilities, insurance and government.

For the executive, today’s CX technology landscape represents a deep transformation in how companies and customers interact. She notes that the market has shifted from a product and infrastructure-centric model to a fully experience-driven approach. Now, value lies in results, fluidity and personalization.

“We have moved from a product and infrastructure-centered model to a total focus on experience. Today, value lies in what we deliver to customers in terms of results, fluid journeys and personalization. This is what drives NiCE to innovate continuously.”
