According to Chef Marcel Strass, Christmas dishes include turkey, tenderloin, and loin, along with codfish risotto and sausage farofa. For New Year’s Eve, highlights include lentil soup and salad, banana farofa, fillet mignon with gorgonzola and almond sauce, and fish dishes like salmon and trout with caper sauce.
Dinners include cold cuts, fruits, breads, salads, main courses, and desserts such as red velvet cake and tiramisu.
