L’Oréal highlights training, entrepreneurship and digital presence for beauty professionals at LinkedIn event. The initiative reinforces development, recognition and new career opportunities.

The L’Oréal Group in Brazil, through its Professional Products Division, took part in “Beleza é Conexão”, an initiative promoted by LinkedIn that aims to strengthen and elevate the beauty sector as a strategic, creative and entrepreneurial industry. The meeting emphasized professional development, market evolution and the importance of digital positioning.

Event reinforces inspiration, strategy and career growth

The event was held on November 17 at Eldorado Business Tower in São Paulo and brought together professionals, creators and industry leaders for a program focused on market insights, qualified networking and practical learning.

According to Analía Cervini, LinkedIn Communication Lead for Latin America, the initiative recognizes beauty as a profession that generates economy, creativity and opportunities, encouraging professionals to value their expertise and expand their visibility.

Talk highlights market evolution and new opportunities

One of the highlights was the talk “Overview of the Beauty Market”, featuring Isis Vergílio from L’Oréal and Ariadne Morais from ABIHPEC, moderated by Daniela Dornellas. The discussion addressed market growth, economic relevance, consumer trends, technological advances and new business models, including independent professionals, digital entrepreneurship and private brands.

The conversation reinforced that the beauty professional is a key player in the industry and must invest in continuous learning, technical mastery and digital positioning, expanding to new areas such as management, education, consultancy and marketing.

“Beauty is an economic and social force. Our partnership invites professionals to build strong personal branding and explore digital opportunities,” says Isis Vergílio, Professional Products Division at L’Oréal Brazil.

Inspiring stories and commitment to inclusion

The panel “Trajectories that Inspire”, mediated by Analía Cervini, featured Vanessa Rozan, Karol Pinheiro and Vivi Siqueira, who shared career paths with purpose, representation and social impact.

Hairstylist and L’Oréal Professionnel ambassador Vivi Siqueira highlighted inclusion as a core value, stressing the importance of training professionals to treat all hair textures and celebrate Brazil’s cultural plurality.

    Strengthening digital positioning

The event also provided practical tips on building a high-performance LinkedIn profile, using networking tools strategically and positioning services in the digital environment.

“Beleza é Conexão” concluded as a milestone for recognition and development, promoting empowerment, visibility and growth for the entire beauty ecosystem.
