Zarpellon launches Amazônia Vive, the winning sustainable accessory collection created by Le Joie.
The Amazônia Vive collection, developed by Paraná-based Zarpellon and curated by Le Joie from Belém, celebrates the first-place winner of the Atitude Protagonista Collab. The cultural contest drew more than 600 participants from across Brazil.
A collection inspired by the Amazon
After an intensive development and production process, Zarpellon completed the first edition of the collab and delivered the exclusive collection to the winning brand. The proposal stood out for its strong emphasis on environmental preservation and appreciation—values deeply aligned with Zarpellon’s commitment to sustainable practices.
The launch takes place on the eve of COP 30, to be held next month in Belém, highlighting the creative economy of the region, known as the “gateway to the Amazon.”
Art, legends and nature as creative pillars
Creative directors Lorena Alves and Alethea Rodrigues, from Le Joie, shaped the concept of the winning collection, which includes 8 models and 80 pieces among necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings. The accessories draw from Amazonian art, folklore and the region’s lush biodiversity.
The pieces combine iconic elements such as Marajoara ceramics, forest leaves, the symbolic Muiraquitã amulet, and the Victoria amazonica water lily. The minimalist aesthetic gains impact through enamel colors inspired by the natural tones of green and pink.
Investment and full creative support
The selected collection received a full development package provided by Zarpellon, valued at approximately R$ 100,000. The support included communication strategy, production processes, creative guidance from designer André Farias, marketing direction, model selection and photoshoot location.
According to Guilherme Zarpellon, the collab reinforces the company’s mission to build long-term partnerships with its resellers, who represent 90% of its client base.
Sustainability and cultural relevance
“The Atitude Protagonista collab reflects our commitment to driving creativity and entrepreneurship within the sector. Amazônia Vive also amplifies visibility for the Amazon region as the world looks toward COP 30. It highlights the power of Brazilian design to raise awareness about global issues such as sustainability and environmental preservation,” says Guilherme, CEO of Zarpellon.
Le Joie’s creative director Lorena Alves reinforces the importance of the prize. “It was the realization of a dream, strengthening everything we believe in—bringing the culture of our land into our curatorship. Working with Zarpellon, the best semi-jewelry brand in Brazil, helped us create an authorial collection connected to fashion’s macro trends.”
The collab also sponsored the planting of 80 trees at Bosque Rodrigues Alves, in Belém, symbolizing the number of pieces produced in the first batch of Amazônia Vive and reinforcing the brands’ shared commitment to a more sustainable future.
