    Santo Grão unveils Brazilian-inspired Christmas menu by chef Fábio Vieira

     Santo Grão lança Christmas menu with veal roast, native grains and Brazil nuts, in individual and family formats for 2025 celebrations.

      

    A festive menu that blends tradition and innovation

     

     Known for its specialty coffees and refined cuisine, Santo Grão presents its 2025 Christmas menu. The proposal captures the spirit of the season, focused on celebration, togetherness and shared meals. At the table, classic elements of Christmas dinner meet Brazilian ingredients and a contemporary approach.

     

     The menu is created by chef Fábio Vieira, recognized for his delicate and original combinations using Brazilian produce. It is designed for those who want to enjoy a special dinner at home or at the Oscar Freire and Itaim Bibi locations. The individual dish will be served at both units on 24 and 25 December.

      

    Veal roast with native grains and Brazil nuts

     

     The star of the Christmas menu is a roasted veal leg with red wine jus (molho roti). It comes with a salad of native Brazilian grains and vegetables, adding texture and regional character. The dish highlights the richness of local ingredients in a festive context.

     

     The plate is completed by a rustic mashed potato with pieces of Brazil nuts, plus a salad of caramelised figs, crispy Parma ham and Parmesan shavings. The combination revisits traditional Christmas flavours while introducing new contrasts and textures. The aim is to trigger comforting memories and create room for new ones.

      

    “The idea was to translate the Christmas spirit into a gastronomic experience that values Brazilian ingredients and creates unique pairings. I looked for delicacy in the contrasts and balance in the flavours. We hope to awaken the emotional memories of family Christmas dinners,” says Fábio Vieira, Executive Chef at Santo Grão.

      

    Individual plate and family-style menu

     

     The individual Christmas plate will be available at the Oscar Freire and Itaim Bibi units on 24 December for lunch, and on 25 December for lunch and dinner, priced at R$ 120 per person. It is an option for those who wish to celebrate out of home with a curated seasonal dish.

     

     The family Christmas menu, designed for four people, can be ordered until 19 December, with pick-up available until 4 p.m. on 24 December at the same locations. The set costs R$ 745, offering practicality and a restaurant-level experience for home celebrations.
