    Empório Farinha Pura launches preservative-free traditional and natural-levain panettones, with fruit and chocolate versions, including a new artisanal line.

    Traditional panettone keeps original recipe and size

    The Traditional Panettones Farinha Pura have been part of the emporium’s story since 1985, maintaining the same time-honored recipe for more than 20 years. Unlike the industrial market trend of shrinking package sizes, the brand preserves the 500 g format. In addition, the products are free from preservatives and made with natural ingredients.

    The traditional line is available in two flavors: candied fruits and chocolate chips, both classics on Brazilian holiday tables. In December, the panettones are sold in an elegant paper bag, ready to be given as gifts. This makes them a convenient and affectionate choice for those who love panettone and value artisanal-style products.

    Prices are R\$ 29.90 for the 500 g version and R\$ 7.99 for the 100 g size. With that, Farinha Pura covers both gift-giving and everyday consumption. The proposal combines tradition, flavor and an accessible price point for Christmas and year-end celebrations.

    New artisanal line with 100% natural fermentation

    This year’s highlight is the Artisanal Naturally Leavened Panettone line, signed by chef Flávio Alves. After an immersion in traditional Italian baking techniques, he created recipes made with 100% natural fermentation (levain). The slow process, which takes two to three days, results in a soft crumb with elongated air pockets and a naturally complex aroma.

    The panettones follow the Italian double-impasto technique and are made without artificial flavorings or preservatives. As a result, both flavor and fragrance come from quality ingredients and extended fermentation time. The products are aimed at consumers looking for more authentic, craft-style Christmas specialties.

    Flavors with house-made fruits and Belgian chocolate

    The natural-levain range features two flavors. The candied fruit panettone uses fruits produced by the chef himself, including orange, tangerine, Sicilian lemon and vanilla bean. This approach delivers freshness, refined texture and an authentic aromatic profile, inspired by European traditions.

    The chocolate panettone blends pure cocoa with milk and dark 100% Belgian chocolate, offering balance between richness and sweetness. Both artisanal naturally leavened panettones are priced at R\$ 99.90 for 500 g. In this way, Farinha Pura expands its holiday portfolio with premium options for gifting and sharing.
