    FG Empreendimentos opens Miami sales office and boosts global expansion

    FG Empreendimentos opens a sales office in Miami’s Brickell City Centre to serve foreign investors and promote luxury projects in Brazil.

    New Miami office marks next phase of global strategy

    After three years operating in the United States through strategic partners, FG Empreendimentos takes a new step in its international journey. The company has opened its own sales office in Miami, one of the world’s leading real estate hubs.

    The new unit is located at Brickell City Centre, a prime business and high-end district in Miami. This move consolidates FG’s international expansion and responds to growing foreign demand for its portfolio.

    Recognized globally for its high-standard residential towers, FG now has a physical presence in the U.S. As a result, the company can strengthen relationships with international investors and offer local support.

    Closer to foreign buyers and key markets

    With the Miami office, FG will expand its service to buyers interested in Brazilian luxury real estate. The main focus is Balneário Camboriú, on the north coast of Santa Catarina.

    The company highlights attributes such as advanced engineering, distinctive architecture and high appreciation potential. In addition, local presence allows for a more integrated, advisory-style buying experience.

    FG has intensified its international activity over recent years. Today, around 20% of its clients are foreign, coming mainly from the United States, Latin America and Europe.

    The new office reflects this organic growth and places the brand closer to key markets. These investors increasingly view Brazil as an attractive destination for portfolio diversification.

    Brand maturity and accelerated opportunities

    For Alex Brito, FG’s Commercial and Marketing Director, the opening of the office is a natural step. He notes a consistent flow of international investors looking at Balneário Camboriú as a high-potential destination.

    “In recent years, we have seen a consistent movement of international investors looking at Balneário Camboriú as a destination with high potential. Opening the Miami office is a natural step in this expansion. We want to be closer to this audience, offering qualified service, accurate information and an integrated experience for those who wish to invest in FG,” says Alex Brito.

    According to the executive, having its own operation will accelerate business opportunities and further institutionalize FG’s global presence. He describes the move as part of the brand’s maturation abroad.

    “It is a movement of brand maturity. We have worked with partners for three years, done our homework, learned the market and are now ready to take an even bigger leap,” he adds.

    Balneário Camboriú on the global luxury real estate map

    FG’s internationalization also strengthens Balneário Camboriú as a premium destination on the global real estate map. The city has drawn attention for its skyline and vertical urban model.

    Balneário Camboriú is home to eight of the ten tallest residential buildings in Brazil. It is also known for its high construction quality and strong real estate appreciation indicators.

    Brito believes this movement benefits both the company and the entire regional value chain. When FG expands abroad, it also promotes Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina and Brazil as a whole.

    “When we take the FG brand abroad, we take Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina and Brazil with us. The technological innovation in our projects, the rigor of our engineering and the living experience we deliver place the country on the radar of the main international options for investment in the luxury real estate market,” he highlights.

    Gateway to qualified investors and global partners

    The expansion to Miami reinforces FG’s positioning in the luxury residential segment. It also opens a gateway for deeper dialogue with qualified investors and global partners.

    The office aims to strengthen relationships with international funds, real estate consultants and clients who already see Brazil as a strategic market. Many are looking to diversify assets with high-end properties in emerging destinations.

    By establishing itself in one of the most influential real estate hubs worldwide, FG gains visibility and access to new networks. In this way, the company advances its global strategy with a clear focus on high-standard residential projects in Brazil.
