Digital influencer Julia Ferrari walked through the convention in search of couples ready to get engaged at the film’s stand. In this way, the most awaited geek moment of the year gained a romantic twist for fans who decided to say yes.
Themed ceremony and exclusive gifts
The engagements took place inside the stand, featuring a scientist as officiant, personalized vows and plenty of emotion. Thus, the Frankenstein universe merged with real love stories shared by the audience during the event.
Participants also received exclusive gifts, including themed wedding kits and a Warner Bros. Pictures engagement certificate. Moreover, the action encouraged fans to share their stories, creating a wave of couples connected by their passion for cinema.
Immersive A Bride! stand
The A Bride! stand at CCXP25 recreates key elements from the film’s setting and offers an immersive experience. With a resuscitation gurney for photos, make-up inspired by the movie and several themed environments, visitors can already feel the film’s atmosphere.

Oscar-nominated actress, writer and director Maggie Gyllenhaal presents A Bride!, her latest work behind the camera. The film offers a bold, iconoclastic take on one of literature’s most fascinating stories, the Frankenstein mythos.
In the plot, a lonely Frankenstein (Christian Bale) travels to 1930s Chicago to find pioneering scientist Dr. Euphronious (Annette Bening). He asks her to create a companion, and together they revive a murdered young woman, giving life to the Bride (Jessie Buckley).
What follows exceeds all expectations: murder, possession and a wild, radical cultural movement. In addition, outlaw lovers emerge in a fiery romance that challenges norms and places the characters at the center of a social upheaval.
