Roxy Dinner Show marks New Year’s in Copacabana with a signature menu, the “Aquele Abraço” show and a four-hour immersive celebration.
A luxurious New Year’s in Copacabana
The most spectacular New Year’s Eve in Rio takes place at Roxy Dinner Show, where art leads the first toast of 2026. Set in an iconic venue in the heart of Copacabana, the house presents a luxury New Year’s celebration. Thus, it brings together art, gastronomy and Brazilian soul in a single night.
In just one year, Roxy has attracted visitors from all over the world and was highlighted by Time Magazine as one of the Best Places in the World to visit in 2025. Now, it prepares an unforgettable New Year’s Eve, designed as a full evening experience. The proposal is to go beyond a traditional dinner format.
Immersive show, not just a dinner
On December 31, the Roxy invites guests to celebrate surrounded by lights, toasts and powerful performances. The audience is immersed in what Rio has most vibrant, through music, staging and flavors. In this way, the New Year’s celebration becomes a fully sensorial journey.
The venue opens at 6:30 p.m., with dinner served from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., accompanied by the Roxy band pre-show. At 9:30 p.m., the “Aquele Abraço” show begins, and table and drink service ends at 11 p.m. The format combines entertainment, fine dining and celebration in a continuous flow.
Chef Caio Silva’s special menu
The star of the night is the special menu created by chef Caio Silva, a tribute to contemporary Brazilian cuisine. The experience starts with an artisanal bread and house antipasti selection. Then, guests are served a sequence of refined starters.
Highlights include scallops with lemon beurre blanc and aroeira caviar and salmon gravlax with confit zucchini and fresh herbs. The dishes balance classic technique and local ingredients. As a result, the menu connects international references with a strong Brazilian identity.
Main courses and desserts with Brazilian flair
The main courses take guests on a flavor journey across Brazil, with options such as pupunha ravioli with mushroom ragu. There is also confit cod with lentil stew and tucupi and filet mignon with rapadura demi-glace. Each plate combines technique, comfort and creative use of native ingredients.
Desserts bring a comforting ending to the menu. Choices include chocolate entremet with passion fruit mousseline and bolo de rolo rabanada with caramelized banana and tapioca ice cream. Thus, the sweet course closes the evening with flavors that echo Brazilian traditions.
“Celebrating Roxy’s first year means celebrating the union between art, gastronomy and Brazilian identity. From the beginning, our purpose was to create an experience that translates the essence of Rio: elegant, vibrant and authentic in every detail. For our first New Year’s Eve, the menu was designed as a tribute to Brazilian cuisine, reinterpreted with technique and sophistication. Local ingredients take center stage in contemporary preparations, framed by the art déco refinement that is part of Roxy’s soul. The same glamour that makes Copacabana the most emblematic New Year’s Eve setting in the world,” says Caio Silva, executive chef of Roxy Dinner Show.
“Aquele Abraço” show and schedule
The evening’s show, “Aquele Abraço”, celebrates Brazilian culture with music, dance and emotion from North to South. The immersive experience lasts four hours, uniting gastronomy and live performance in harmony. In this sense, Roxy turns New Year’s Eve into a grand stage production.
The dinner includes drinks such as sparkling wine, red and white wines, beer, caipirinhas and soft drinks. Tickets cost R$ 2,000.00 per person. Thus, the experience is positioned as a high-end option for those seeking an exclusive New Year’s Eve in Copacabana.
