Hermes Inocencio celebrates 10 years of his store with the launch of the MANSA Summer 2026 collection, inspired by Mansa Musa, in Ipanema.
On December 13, the designer marks a decade of his physical store and presents the new MANSA Summer 2026 collection to the public during a special event in Ipanema. The moment reinforces another milestone in the history of his namesake brand.
Inspiration rooted in African history
The collection draws inspiration from the powerful African emperor Mansa Musa, ruler of Mali in the 14th century. Hermes Inocencio translates this reference into an aesthetic journey that blends bold and eclectic elements, highlighting culture, identity and sophistication.
The proposed visual narrative connects historical references with a contemporary interpretation, celebrating African heritage through fashion with strong symbolic meaning.
Event celebrates brand’s journey
The celebration will gather celebrities, special guests and press, with music by DJ André Pinguim. Actor Fábio Nascimento was invited to portray King Mansa Musa during the presentation of the collection.
Fábio Nascimento is currently gaining recognition for his role as Gilson in the series “Arcanjo Renegado” on Globoplay, as well as appearances in the film “Kali – O Anjo Vingador” on Amazon Prime Video and the series “O Jogo que Mudou a História”.
