The Solaris 2026 New Year’s Eve celebration in Búzios offers an all-inclusive seaside experience with dining, music and first-lot special rates. The event brings another edition of the partnership between Bar dos Pescadores and Le Sancerre Bistrô at Porto da Barra.
The party takes place on December 31 from 9 PM, in a privileged coastal setting, combining sophistication, entertainment and an upbeat atmosphere to welcome the new year. Both restaurants will operate simultaneously, providing an integrated celebration with open bar, open food and live music.
Exclusive seaside New Year’s Eve
This is the fourth edition of the event, which has become one of the most anticipated New Year’s Eve celebrations in Búzios. Guests will enjoy premium service while celebrating under the stars in one of Brazil’s most charming destinations.
The menu features curated dishes for a complete gourmet experience. Starters include cold cuts, assorted breads, dried fruits, tropical salad, grain salad, Moroccan couscous, terrine de campagne, roast beef with Provençal potatoes and traditional French lentils.
Refined gastronomy
Main courses highlight fresh seafood with Thermidor-style lobster and Thermidor-style shrimp, plus the renowned Bacalhau do Sr. Oswaldo. Meat options include filet mignon escalope with mushroom sauce, roast pork with fruit sauce and slow-cooked lamb shank, served with sides such as almond rice, mashed potatoes, potato gratin and house farofa.
Desserts include berry tart, chocolate-and-passion-fruit tart and traditional or diet milk pudding, balancing classic flavors and elegant presentation.
Drinks and celebration
The bar service includes water, natural juices, soft drinks and draft beer. At midnight, each adult will receive a Chandon Brut Baby for the celebratory toast overlooking the sea.
Reservations and conditions
Reservations are now open at (22) 99948-9284. First-lot tickets offer special pricing. Booking requires 50% of the total amount upon reservation and the balance must be paid by December 30. After that date, full payment is required.
Children up to 12 years old pay 50% of the ticket, making the experience suitable for families.
