Star-studded opening night
The iconic Camarote Nº1 kicked off Rio Carnival 2026 on Sunday (Feb 15) in grand style, celebrating 35 years of history and glamour. Sabrina Sato, queen and new partner of Nº1, led the festivities alongside Karina Sato, Ju Ferraz, Marcio Esher, Flávio Sarahyba, and Antônio Oliva.
The night featured international stars Ricky Martin and Manu Rios, with appearances by Paolla Oliveira, Erika Januza, Lore Improta, Mayara Lima, Silvia and Maria Braz, Malu Borges, and Luiza Sobral, among the muses of this year’s edition.
Carnival meets World Cup spirit
Adding a sporty twist, the camarote embraced a World Cup theme, turning into a lively grandstand celebrating Brazilian football. Carlo Ancelotti, coach of the national team, and legend Ronaldo Fenômeno joined the party, alongside Denilson, Bruninho Rezende, and Hortência.
Other celebrities attending included Giovanna Lancelotti, Gkay, Giulia Buscaccio, Celina Locks, and Blogueirinha, all enjoying a night where samba, culture, and glamour came together in perfect harmony.
