Former football star Ronaldo Nazário has been announced as a new partner in Reserva Beach Club, a high-end wave club project in Alphaville, in Greater São Paulo. The move marks his first direct participation in a real-estate-linked development. In addition, it strengthens his presence in ventures tied to sport, leisure, and lifestyle.
According to the release, Alphaville’s profile as a planned district associated with quality of life, infrastructure, and security aligns with the project. In this way, the concept targets a high purchasing-power audience. However, the proposal also emphasizes social connection and well-being through experiences.
Estimated VGV at R$ 4.2 billion
The development is led by BR SOHO, a company with more than three decades of operations in Alphaville. The estimated gross sales value, or VGV, is \(R\$ 4.2\) billion. In addition, the club is expected to open in December 2026.
The project outlines a 169,000 m² site and forecasts thousands of members. Ronaldo is also cited as participating in the project’s conceptual design. As a result, the venture positions itself as a new take on Brazilian clubs focused on integrated experiences.
