Debuting at Sapucaí in 2026, Camarote Aura brings an exclusive menu by chef Tassi Lage, with food islands through the night and breakfast service.  Camarote Aura, a new VIP space at Marquês de Sapucaí, will feature an exclusive menu signed by chef Tassi Lage for Carnival 2026. In this way, the project positions gastronomy as one of its key differentiators.  Produced by Grupo Vibra, the venue will debut in Sector 2, next to the first drum break area. In addition, the space will have three floors, indoor areas and a frisa, plus premium services.

    Food islands throughout the night

The culinary concept was designed to be democratic, generous, and surprising. As a result, guests will find multiple food islands available during the night, offering variety and comfort during the parade.
“The menu is designed for the diversity of the audience. We have a bit of everything, ensuring an interesting and abundant flavor experience. We also take special care in preparation: everything is handmade and prepared specifically for the event.”
Among the experiences are an Antipasti Island, Pasta-in-the-Cheese Island, and a Junkie Food Island. Next, a dinner buffet served in bowls aims to support those who want to enjoy the parade without slowing down.  In the frisa area, guests will also have a roaming cocktail service. In this way, the offering combines practicality and sophistication during the show.  To close the night, desserts will be served from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. Finally, a breakfast island will run from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m., following sunrise at Sapucaí.

    New location and concept

The Aura project occupies a Sector 2 area that organizers say had not been commercially explored before. However, the team states the venue offers a privileged view of the schools’ entrance into the avenue.
“We want to bring into the box the same standard as Rio’s most sought-after parties, combining comfort, entertainment, and an unforgettable experience from the meeting point to Sapucaí.”
The statement is from Fabrício Bahruth, from Grupo Vibra, a producer and partner in the project. In this way, the company says it will focus on service excellence and party curation.
“Those who live Carnival day to day know the strength of Brazilian culture and what the public wants to feel while being there. Designing a box in this unprecedented spot on the avenue was born with the purpose of offering a different experience; more than watching the parade, Aura is for those who want to live Sapucaí in a way no one has experienced before.”
The project was conceived by Luiz Guimarães, president of Unidos de Vila Isabel, and produced by Grupo Vibra. Next, he said the venue was designed by people who know Carnival closely.

    Shows, lineup, and opening

One highlight is the confirmed show by João Gomes on the 18th, on a night hosted by the Arca de Noé party. In addition, the lineup includes Ludmilla, Matheus & Kauan, Filipe Ret, Xande de Pilares, L7nnon, Ferrugem, Belo, Mumuzinho, BK, Kevin O Chris, and Cabelinho, among others.  Aura opens on Saturday before Carnival, February 7, during the technical rehearsal night, for VIP guests. In this way, it will operate throughout the parade dates, starting at 8 p.m.
“What is Aura? We all have an aura. The word, of Latin origin, means that good feeling of wind on your face, a breeze. And why that name? Because the box is in the best spot on Sapucaí, right in front of the gate where everything begins — the now, the today.”
Carnival commentator Milton Cunha also said the audience will be able to see the schools preparing up close. On the other hand, he emphasized that the space aims to honor the parade and its samba performers.
