Brazilian singer Paula Fernandes will headline a free New Year’s concert in Arraial do Cabo (RJ) on 30 December 2025, at 11 p.m., on Praia Grande.
Free beachfront show ahead of New Year’s Eve
One of Brazil’s most prominent female artists, Paula joins the Réveillon 2026 celebrations in Arraial do Cabo with an open-air show by the sea. Admission is free, and the concert is part of the city’s official year-end schedule.
The performance sets the tone for the New Year’s festivities, bringing residents and tourists together on one of the region’s most famous beaches. The setting combines live music with the natural beauty of Rio’s Costa do Sol.
Setlist with greatest hits and songs from ‘SIMPLESmente Eu’
On stage, Paula will present a setlist that includes her greatest hits alongside tracks from her latest EP, “SIMPLESmente Eu”, released in 2025. The show blends romantic ballads, country-inflected songs and high-energy moments.
Known for her ability to navigate between Brazilian sertanejo and American country, Paula delivers a full show with reimagined versions of classics and intimate interactions with the audience.

Born in Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais, Paula Fernandes is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a solid career in Brazil and abroad. She has amassed more than 2.4 billion audio streams and sold 5.6 million records.
Her work has earned two Latin Grammy Awards and eight nominations, in addition to prizes such as Prêmio Multishow, Prêmio da Música Brasileira, Troféu Imprensa, Meus Prêmios Nick and Melhores do Ano.
Paula has completed 15 international tours, performing in Europe, the United States and Africa, and has collaborated with artists including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, Alejandro Sanz, Juanes and Il Volo. Over 20 of her songs have featured in Brazilian TV and film soundtracks.
New EP ‘SIMPLESmente Eu’ and upcoming TV role
Among her best-known songs are “Jeito de Mato”, “Pássaro de Fogo”, “Pra Você” and “Sem Você”. In 2025, Paula released the EP “SIMPLESmente Eu”, a project that reflects lightness, freedom and a renewed connection to her roots.
She is also preparing to join the cast of the TV drama “Coração Acelerado”, scheduled to premiere in 2026, further strengthening her presence in Brazilian audiovisual productions.
