Jappa da Quitanda debuts limited-edition Christmas cocktails and a special rabanada included in the rodízio throughout December.
Festive menu brings limited-time creations
The Christmas spirit has arrived at Jappa da Quitanda, which is offering a special year-end experience for guests. The brand is launching exclusive holiday cocktails and a Christmas rabanada served as part of the rodízio during December. The 2025 Christmas campaign aims to blend flavor, creativity and a festive atmosphere.
The seasonal creations complement the restaurant’s well-known Japanese rodízio. In addition, the offerings are available for a limited time, reinforcing their celebratory character. Guests are encouraged to visit during the campaign period to try the new items.
Elfo Vermelho and Culpa do Duende cocktails
The themed drinks menu highlights the Elfo Vermelho (R$ 38). The cocktail is made with vodka, sake, Licor 43, grenadine, lime and ginger foam. The recipe balances sweetness, citrus notes and a spicy touch, with presentation inspired by the Christmas universe.
Another playful creation is Culpa do Duende (R$ 38), prepared with gin, Cointreau, lime, almond-flavored Monin, sour mix and green coloring. The drink features citrus and nutty notes, plus a vibrant color that recalls holiday elves. Both cocktails can be ordered as part of the Special Christmas Combo, with the two drinks for R$ 70.
The Christmas cocktails will be on the menu from December 12 to 25, while supplies last. The offer is valid at participating units. Guests therefore have a specific window to enjoy the seasonal recipes.
Christmas rabanada and elf interactions
The traditional Christmas rabanada, created especially for the season, will be served until December 31. The dessert is included in the rodízio across Jappa da Quitanda units. The recipe features a dulce de leche version to mark the celebrations.
On December 13 and 14, the experience will become even more playful. Elves will interact with guests, deliver the themed Christmas cocktails and serve the dulce de leche rabanada. The idea is to make visits more fun and memorable for groups of friends and families.
