In celebration of Empório Jardim’s 12th anniversary, the chefs present a special Lebanese Brunch on March 8, Women’s Day.
A celebration of female chefs
On
March 8, chef
Paula Prandini welcomes
Ariani Malouf to a special edition of the
Brunch no Jardim project at
Casa Firjan, in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. The initiative honors women chefs from across Brazil, combining stories, flavors, and culinary traditions in an extended breakfast experience.
The anniversary brunch will be served in
two sessions, at 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., priced at
R$145 per person (+12% service fee), including a full buffet and non-alcoholic beverages.
Lebanese inspiration and modern flair
Inspired by Ariani’s
Lebanese heritage, the menu blends
Middle Eastern tradition with
modern Brazilian cuisine. Dishes include
kibbeh nayeh,
labneh,
hummus,
stuffed grape leaves,
lamb with apricot compote, and a selection of desserts by Paula Prandini.
“I’m passionate about breakfast and brunch. This project is a way to celebrate those passions with chefs I admire, each bringing their own story and flavor,” says Paula Prandini.
Empowering women through gastronomy
Since its launch in 2025,
Brunch no Jardim has featured renowned chefs such as
Ana Bueno,
Lisiane Arouca, and
Claudia Krauspenhar. Each edition highlights female talent and the diversity that defines contemporary Brazilian gastronomy.
