Angra announces an exclusive show at Espaço Unimed in São Paulo on April 29, 2026. The event celebrates the 25th anniversary of Rebirth, the album that redefined the band’s trajectory in heavy metal. Moreover, it features the “Nova Era” lineup: Edu Falaschi, Kiko Loureiro, Rafael Bittencourt, Felipe Andreoli, and Aquiles Priester.
This marks the only performance of this formation outside the Bangers Open Air. Thus, fans will witness a truly unique reunion onstage.
Generations unite on stage
The last full lineup show took place in 2007, closing the Aurora Consurgens tour. Since then, these five musicians have not shared the Angra stage. On the other hand, current members Alírio Netto, Marcelo Barbosa, and Bruno Valverde will also perform.
The expanded show will feature Rebirth performed in full, alongside a thematic setlist revisiting the band’s milestones. In this way, attendees embark on a musical journey through Angra’s evolution.
Setlist spans entire career
Structured in thematic blocks, the performance includes tracks from Temple of Shadows (2004) and Aurora Consurgens (2006). Next, it honors the classic era with songs from Angels Cry, Holy Land, and Fireworks, led by the late Andre Matos.
Recent albums like Secret Garden, Ømni, and Cycles of Pain will also shine. Therefore, the event stands as a milestone bridging Angra’s past, present, and future.
A landmark in metal history
Beyond a concert, this presentation marks a pivotal moment for Angra. Over three decades, the band has solidified its influence in global metal. As such, the reunion celebrates the enduring power of their legacy.
