Brazilian coffee chain introduces four refreshing cold brew drinks blending flavor, lightness, and innovation.
A cool twist on specialty coffee
Under the “Verão Gelado” (Iced Summer) concept, Café Cultura launches new chilled beverages crafted for the hottest season. With more than 40 stores across southern and southeastern Brazil, the brand blends creativity and craftsmanship to offer a refreshing coffee experience that remains true to its specialty roots.
The highlight of the collection is the cold brew, a slow, cold infusion process that enhances the bean’s sweetness and reduces acidity. Made with 100% Arabica beans, it serves as a smooth, low-calorie base that captures the richness and character of great coffee.
Four refreshing creations
The lineup includes the Chai Iced Coffee (R$24), a spiced blend of cold brew, milk, and ice, and the Mocha Iced Coffee (R$26), combining cold brew with chocolate syrup and a dusting of cocoa.
For a sweet indulgence, the Cappuccino Iced Caramel (R$26) brings layers of salted caramel and a crunchy topping. Completing the set, the Cinnamon Affogato (R$28) returns as a creamy dessert made with butter dough, cappuccino syrup, and vanilla ice cream — pure comfort with a cool twist.
Brazilian flavor and innovation
“We want every sip to reflect summer itself: light, fresh, and full of joy. Cold brew allows us to explore creativity without losing our essence,” says Joshua Stevens, Café Cultura’s co-founder and Coffee Hunter. “It’s about turning everyday moments into memorable experiences, always with a touch of Brazilian flair.”
