La Roche-Posay activation runs Feb 6–8 at Barra Shopping, offering personalized skin reading, expert guidance, and trials of the Mela B3 line.
In summer, sun exposure increases and skincare becomes even more important. After stopping in São Paulo, La Roche-Posay brings SkinLab to Rio de Janeiro. The free experience runs from Friday (Feb 6) to Sunday (Feb 8) in the Barra Shopping parking area.
Open to the public, the activation invites visitors to explore dermocosmetic solutions focused on care, correction, and prevention of hyperpigmentation. In addition, the space frames the visit around dark spots and daily guidance, especially during summer.
Personalized skin reading and guidance
SkinLab offers a personalized skin reading supported by advanced technology. Next, trained dermoconsultants provide expert guidance. This way, visitors receive recommendations aligned with individual needs and summer routines.
The experience highlights the importance of continuous sun protection and daily care. However, it goes beyond assessment by presenting solutions designed to support prevention and care for dark spots throughout the season.
Mela B3 and an innovation focus
The activation also showcases the Mela B3 range, developed with the patented active Melasyl™. The ingredient was named the best innovation of 2025 by Time magazine. As a result, SkinLab offers an immersion into the science behind the molecule.
According to the brand, the molecule acts on mechanisms involved in the formation of dark spots. Therefore, the initiative reinforces a commitment to innovation and dermatological efficacy within a hyperpigmentation care approach.
High protection with coverage
During the experience, visitors can also discover and try Anthelios Ultra Cover. The sunscreen features SPF 60 and high protection against UVA and UVB rays. In addition, it claims up to 12 hours of makeup-like coverage, pairing sun defense with tone-evening benefits.
In one of the most challenging periods for skin, the activation aims to expand access to expert guidance. In this way, the public can learn about daily-care options focused on sun protection and dark-spot management.
