Jason Mraz returns to Brazil after nearly 10 years with a one-night Rio show on March 6, 2026, at Vivo Rio.

Jason Mraz has confirmed his long-awaited return to Brazil after nearly a decade away from the country’s stages. The singer-songwriter will perform in Rio de Janeiro on March 6, 2026, at Vivo Rio. The date is part of the “Return to South America & Mexico 2026 Tour”, featuring a full band and a set that revisits more than 20 years of his career.

Brazil plays a central role in this new chapter. In addition, the tour includes only a limited number of selected cities. As a result, Rio de Janeiro is positioned as one of the most emblematic nights on the itinerary.

    Setlist and show format

On stage, Mraz is set to deliver a retrospective setlist built around career-defining songs. The release highlights “I’m Yours” and “I Won’t Give Up” as key examples from different eras. With that, the concert reinforces his signature approach, organic arrangements, a vocal-forward mix, and direct audience connection.

The Vivo Rio performance will feature a full band. On the other hand, the show keeps the lightness and musicality that helped define his global pop-folk presence. In this way, the night is designed as a live-forward celebration for multiple generations of fans.

    Tour context and regional ties

The run marks Jason Mraz’s official return to Latin America. Beyond Brazil, the routing includes additional regional stops. However, Brazil’s five dates place the country at the center of the broader comeback.

Beyond music, Mraz continues work connected to education, inclusion, and social impact through his foundation. He also supports regenerative agriculture initiatives, themes that align with values reflected in his artistic work. Therefore, the tour highlights both performance and purpose.
