Le Lis opens revamped flagship in Vila Nova Conceição

  New street-level store in São Paulo combines Le Lis and Le Lis Casa, spans 408 m² across two floors, and launches the brand’s store retrofit plan.

 

  Le Lis has opened a new Le Lis and Le Lis Casa store in Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo. The opening marks a strategic step in the repositioning of the brand’s physical spaces. In addition, the unit becomes the first street-level store redesigned under the new flagship format.

 

  Set in one of the city’s most valued neighborhoods, the store targets a consumer profile connected to fashion, design, and contemporary lifestyle. The area is known for its upscale residential character and proximity to Ibirapuera Park. This way, the brand positions the opening as a strategic move in São Paulo.

   

Architecture and concept

 

  The project was designed by SPOL Arquitetura. The concept is described as a pursuit of the unexpected to consistently deliver more. As a result, the design follows a customized process and creates spaces intended to go beyond the obvious.

 

  With this approach, the store is presented as more than a point of sale. The brand describes it as a place for gatherings, celebration, and experiences. In addition, the opening officially launches Le Lis’ full-store retrofit plan.

   

Helical staircase and energy efficiency

 

  The flagship spans 408 m² across two floors. Its central feature is a sculptural helical staircase that connects the environments with a fluid flow. In this way, the staircase becomes the architectural highlight of the project.

 

  The entire lighting system uses LED. According to the brand, this improves efficiency and can cut energy consumption by up to 80%. Therefore, the store reinforces a commitment to more sustainable solutions.

   

Portfolio and lifestyle positioning

 

  The unit showcases the latest fashion launches as well as home products. It also carries the full line of brand fragrances. As a result, Le Lis emphasizes a sophisticated and sensory lifestyle proposition.

 

  With the new flagship, Le Lis says it is strengthening its focus on innovation and customer experience. In addition, the project aligns architecture, sustainability, design, and brand identity. Finally, the store is positioned as a space that engages with the city and its surroundings.
