Casa Bambuí brings a quieter Carnival vibe to Campos do Jordão

Casa Bambuí offers live piano with marchinhas, themed drinks, and a summer menu inside Parque Bambuí in Campos do Jordão during Carnival.

For those looking to avoid Carnival crowds, Casa Bambuí is rolling out a special program in Campos do Jordão, São Paulo. The restaurant is located inside Parque Bambuí, a leisure complex in the Mantiqueira mountains.

Opened in 2023, Casa Bambuí highlights a fine-dining proposal set in nature. In addition, chef Anouk Migotto says the experience focuses on comfort and time well spent at the table.

Music, themed drinks, and summer menu

The Carnival schedule features “Bambuí Musical” with live piano and traditional marchinhas. Next, the venue adds themed drinks to complete the experience.

The summer menu also takes center stage, emphasizing freshness and seasonal flavors. As a result, the concept blends festive spirit with a calmer pace.

Caixa Móbile and new dishes

According to the chef, a highlight of the menu is the Caixa Móbile de Sabores e Cores da Estação. The creation pays tribute to “Entre-Deux,” a mobile sculpture by French artist Christian Soucaret displayed in the park.

As a starter, the Caixa Móbile brings small culinary surprises inspired by local flora and fauna. In addition, the summer updates include a smoked trout vol-au-vent and a savory macaron, with alternative versions available.

Among main courses, the menu includes new options such as a risotto with mountain parmesan and duck with seasonal red-fruit sauce. Next, the venue expands choices for different tastes.

Panela da Chef and desserts

The Panela da Chef keeps its seasonal concept, served in a copper pot. This season offers three versions: Boeuf Hachè Mantiqueira, Moqueca Mantiqueira, and Lasanha Bambuí.

For dessert, summer brings refreshing ice cream flavors. In addition, classic sweets get a seasonal twist with fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

Parque Bambuí experience

Parque Bambuí, part of Grupo Toriba, features century-old trees, three lakes, and sculptures across its lawns. In addition, it offers a steam train ride and outdoor activities, including trails, biking, and rowing boats.

The venue is pet friendly, according to the text. In this way, the park positions itself as a nature-focused option for the holiday.
