Must Restaurant introduces a shareable summer à la carte menu on Saturdays, pairing seafood dishes with Château d’Esclans and Minuty rosés.

At the height of summer, Must Restaurant at Tivoli Mofarrej São Paulo is unveiling a seasonal dining experience. In partnership with Moët Hennessy, the venue presents a special à la carte menu. In addition, the concept focuses on shareable plates and Provence rosé pairings.

The menu is signed by executive chef Danilo Brasil. In this way, it delivers a Mediterranean-inspired approach centered on freshness, texture, and balance. The selection highlights labels from Château d’Esclans and Château Minuty.

    Dates and opening hours

The experience will be available on Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The dates are January 24 and 31, and February 7 and 14. Thus, Must reinforces its position as a meeting point for long afternoons.

The restaurant designed the menu to match the season’s pace. Meanwhile, service keeps the shareable à la carte format. The idea centers on the pleasure of spending time around the table.

    Small plates, starters, and mains

The experience begins with shareable bites such as the chef’s ceviche (R$ 170). It features white fish marinated in citrus tiger’s milk, red onion, and cilantro. Next, guests can order lula à doré (R$ 170), served with Sicilian lemon and house tartar sauce.

Among starters, Maré de Sabores (R$ 270) brings together squid, octopus, shrimp, and mussels. The seafood comes marinated over wild arugula. In this way, the menu reinforces its seafood-driven profile.

For mains, the chef turns to grilled fish with subtle finishes. Highlights include herb-scented red snapper (R$ 430) and charcoal-grilled sororoca with thyme and galego lemon (R$ 320). In addition, the menu offers grilled shrimp (R$ 240) and charcoal-grilled carabineiro (R$ 300).

The plates come with classic sides such as saffron rice, vegetables, and farofa. However, the concept keeps balance and texture at the forefront. Thus, the Mediterranean style remains clean and direct.

    Dessert and rosé lineup

To finish, the House Classic Cup (R$ 90) combines chocolate, red berries, and handmade whipped cream. In this way, the dessert adds contrast and freshness. The closing course matches the menu’s light summer tone.

The wine curation features rosés available by the glass or bottle. Options include Whispering Angel (glass: R$ 89 | bottle: R$ 499) and Rock Angel (glass: R$ 99 | bottle: R$ 600), from Château d’Esclans. In addition, Minuty Prestige Rosé (glass: R$ 79 | bottle: R$ 489) rounds out the list.

A tasting cart will circulate around the pool area during the activation. Thus, the format expands discovery and invites guests to explore the labels. Finally, the partnership places pairing at the center of the experience.
