Ofner unveils its 2026 summer menu “Flavors of the World”

Ofner launches “Flavors of the World,” a limited-time summer menu inspired by Brazil, Portugal, and Italy, available in stores and via delivery.

Ofner has introduced its 2026 summer menu, “Flavors of the World.” Inspired by the summers of Brazil, Portugal, and Italy, the lineup features refreshing creations. In addition, the concept connects each destination’s mood and signature flavors.

According to the company, Ofner has long looked to international pastry and gelato traditions for inspiration. This way, the menu invites customers on a journey through iconic summer destinations. Each stop includes a dessert, gelato, beverage, and savory item.

Ofner says the selection aims to create a sensory experience for customers. Then, the products are designed to evoke memories and stories tied to each country. The menu is available for a limited time in physical stores and through delivery.

Brazil: tropical flavors and classics

In the Brazil destination, the brand highlights tropical colors and flavors. The creations reference warm sea breezes and sunny days. In addition, the lineup focuses on fruit-forward, refreshing combinations.

A key item is the Coconut and Pineapple Entremet (\(120\) g). Shaped like a coconut, it includes coconut mousse, pineapple jam, and a creamy coconut filling. Then, it is coated with dark chocolate and finished with pineapple jam.

Another feature is the Coconut and Pineapple Latte. The drink combines milk and zero-sugar coconut gelato over a layer of pineapple jam and ice. In addition, the menu includes a Sicilian Lemon and Lemongrass Sorbetto, described as 100% natural and vegan.

The Brazil set also brings back a house classic: the Coxinha. The chicken-and-Catupiry version is made artisanally. In this manner, it completes the selection aimed at casual gatherings.

Portugal: tradition with a twist

In the Portugal destination, Ofner highlights the tradition of egg-based sweets. The launch is the Pastel de Nata Gelato, inspired by the Portuguese classic. In addition, it blends a cream base with pastry cream and caramelized puff pastry pieces.

For beverages, the menu introduces Cherry Fizz, inspired by Portuguese ginja. It features amarena, sparkling water, maraschino cherries, and ice. Then, the brand suggests stirring gently to bring out the full flavor.

The menu also includes Codfish Fritters, an item already part of Ofner’s lineup. It is made with a creamy potato base and filled with hand-shredded Norwegian cod. In this way, the recipe is seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil.

Italy: citrus notes and a vegetarian option

Italy appears in the menu with vibrant notes tied to Mediterranean summer. The brand references sunny squares and outdoor cafés. In addition, the selection explores creamy textures and citrus flavors.

One highlight is the Espresso Spritz. The drink is made with espresso, tangerine, tonic water, and ice. In this manner, it balances coffee bitterness with citrus freshness.

For dessert, Ofner presents the Bergamot (Orange & Tangerine Entremet). Shaped like a bergamot, it combines orange-and-tangerine gelée with orange mousse. Then, it is coated in orange-flavored white chocolate and finished with a green leaf-shaped chocolate decoration.

On the savory side, the menu features Caprese Arancini. It is prepared with vegetable risotto and sun-dried tomato, served with basil pesto. On the other hand, the brand notes it also suits vegetarian customers.
