Jacquin’s NUI 360 in João Pessoa marks five years

  With a menu curated by Erick Jacquin, NUI 360 celebrates five years in João Pessoa, featuring live music and a 360° city view.

 

  For five years, NUI 360 has stood out as one of João Pessoa’s landmark fine-dining addresses. The restaurant combines high-end gastronomy with recognized service. In addition, it offers a 360° panoramic view of the city and live music.

 

  With a menu signed by chef Erick Jacquin, the venue has welcomed guests from Brazil and abroad. As a result, it became a setting for memorable dinners and celebrations. The experience blends a rooftop ritual with an urban nighttime atmosphere.

  

Opening and concept

 

  Opened in January 2021, NUI 360 helped shape a new way of experiencing gastronomy in the city. However, the concept kept a strict focus on technique and consistency. The rooftop became part of the evening ritual, alongside music and service.

 

  The restaurant is located at Av. Senador Ruy Carneiro, 303, in Brisamar. This way, it sits in a strategic area for residents and visitors. The address has become part of the local dining circuit.

 

  The project was created by João F. Fernandes and Emmanuelle Rodrigues. From the start, Jacquin’s curation shaped the brand’s identity. In this manner, the menu gained signature and personality.

  

Menu highlights and bar

 

  At the table, NUI 360 balances elegance with a clear point of view. Highlights include the Steak Tartare Erick Jacquin and the octopus vinaigrette. In addition, the menu features pastas and mains tied to the restaurant’s trajectory.

 

  Among the dishes are shrimp ravioli with mascarpone and a lamb shoulder meant for sharing. Then, duck confit reinforces the chef’s classic signature. Finally, the restaurant spotlights the Petit Gâteau Jacquin brought to Brazil.

 

  The experience also includes an award-winning wine list. As a result, pairings play a central role. The cocktail menu features signature drinks inspired by Northeastern Brazil.

  

Culture and brand growth

 

  Over the years, NUI 360 strengthened its role as a social and cultural meeting point. Meanwhile, live-music programming expanded. Events such as NUI Sunset and NUI Harmony BBQ became part of the public’s routine.

 

  The venue also hosted special nights, including Jacquin’s 60th birthday dinner. Thus, the calendar became part of guests’ emotional memories. The concept connects gastronomy with meaningful gatherings.

 

  The group expanded into the Rooftop and launched NUI Empório, offering special farofas and granolas. In addition, it brought its signature to Bananeiras, in Paraíba’s countryside, through Temporada NUI. Tre Sensi is part of the Greenview Condomínio Boutique, alongside other premium brands.

 

  Now, the brand begins a new chapter with the NUI Handwritten Collection hotel. The project carries the global signature of Accor. In this way, NUI expands into hospitality.
