Domino’s appoints Orestes Miraglia as CEO in Brazil

Orestes Miraglia, with 25 years at Domino’s, becomes CEO in Brazil, focusing on franchisees, supply support, and the brand’s sustainable expansion.

Domino’s Pizza has appointed Orestes Miraglia as the company’s new CEO in Brazil. Previously serving as co-CEO, he now assumes full leadership of the operation. Moreover, the move follows a long track record within the franchise ecosystem and the brand.

With more than 25 years of experience at Domino’s, Miraglia built a career marked by strong results. As a franchisee, he operated stores in Belo Horizonte. As a result, those units ranked among the highest-revenue locations in Brazil and worldwide.

Franchise roots and leadership

His performance as a franchisee earned him the Gold Franny Award. The company describes it as Domino’s top global recognition. It is granted to franchises with the strongest results worldwide.

Throughout his career, Miraglia also served for 15 years as a franchisee advisor. He held the role across Spoleto and Domino’s networks. Meanwhile, he accumulated experience in governance and franchisee relations.

Miraglia also worked as Director of New Business in the tourism sector. Therefore, he brings experience in business development and expansion. On the other hand, Domino’s highlights his background in operations and management.

Priorities and growth plan

As CEO, Miraglia listed priorities for Domino’s in Brazil. He aims to strengthen ties between franchisees and the network. In addition, he plans to expand support in supply and keep the company’s growth plan on track.

For this year, Domino’s said it already has 15 new contracts signed to open additional stores. In this way, the company reinforces its sustainable expansion strategy. The brand did not provide the locations for the new openings.

“My story with Domino’s started at the front line, as a franchisee, and that deeply shaped how I see the business. I take on this new challenge committed to staying even closer to the network, strengthening support, operational efficiency, and creating the conditions for our franchisees to grow alongside the brand,” says Orestes Miraglia, Domino’s Pizza CEO in Brazil.
