Camarote Allegria marks 10 years at Sapucaí in 2026

Camarote Allegria turns 10 in 2026 with nine event days, off-avenue activations, and shows by Ludmilla, Thiaguinho, Péricles, and more.

In 2026, Camarote Allegria reaches a milestone: 10 years at Marquês de Sapucaí. The brand highlights a mix of party, experience, and culture. In addition, it keeps its focus on comfort and hospitality during Carnival.

Launched in 2016, the project says it has evolved in structure, concept, and artistic curation. As a result, the anniversary edition expands its role as a cultural agent within the celebration. The organization also points to a loyal audience that grows every year.

“Reaching Allegria’s 10 years is a very symbolic milestone for us. It’s not only about time, but about everything built along this journey: stories, encounters, emotions, and a community that grows with us every Carnival,” says Diógenes Queiroz, partner and owner of Camarote Allegria.

“Allegria was born at Sapucaí, but today it goes far beyond it. It’s a project that connects with Carnival all year long, with people, with the samba schools, and with the city,” Queiroz adds.

    Beyond Sapucaí: community and well-being

As part of the 10-year celebrations, Allegria expands activations beyond parade nights. Highlights include visits to samba school venues such as Beija-Flor and Imperatriz. This way, the initiative aims to bring guests closer to the communities behind the show.

According to the organization, the plan values Carnival at its roots. Meanwhile, the brand also promotes occasional well-being activities in exclusive formats for invited guests. In this way, the agenda follows the public’s lifestyle throughout the Carnival period.

“Nothing that happens on the avenue would exist without root Carnival, without the communities and the samba schools. Bringing people into the venues is a way to tell that story and create a true connection with Carnival,” explains Diógenes Queiroz.

    Design, meeting point, and dining

The 2026 layout is once again signed by Caio Bocão, who leads the architectural concept. The edition includes a larger overall footprint and an expanded mezzanine. Next, a new area configuration aims to deliver added comfort for guests.

The official meeting point returns to the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort. This year, it adopts a “Grand Hotel” concept inspired by the iconic 1932 film. Therefore, themed scenery highlights Allegria’s hospitality before guests head to Sapucaí.

Food remains one of Allegria’s core pillars. In 2026, the premium all-inclusive service continues with a buffet signed by Tassi Lage. In addition, Temakeria & Cia brings Japanese cuisine into the venue.

    Nine days and exclusive afters

The 2026 edition features nine event days, bringing artists, DJs, and attractions tied to Rio’s Carnival sound diversity. The lineup includes Ludmilla, Thiaguinho, Péricles, Pedro Sampaio, Belo, and Banda Eva. As a result, the schedule is designed to spotlight a full decade of Allegria.

The brand’s exclusive afters also return as an extension of the experience after the parades. According to the organization, they keep the energy going late into the night with major attractions. Finally, the concept reinforces the idea of living Carnival from the first meeting to the last after.

“These 10 years represent maturity, responsibility, and above all, passion for Carnival. Allegria keeps evolving, without giving up what has always been its essence: welcoming people well and celebrating life,” says Diógenes Queiroz.

“Allegria is about living Carnival fully, from the first meet-up to the last after. We like creating experiences that don’t end when the parade ends,” Queiroz concludes.
