Vilarejo Hotels Celebrates 36% Growth in 2025

  Independent chain records expansion, awards, and innovations, with strategic plans to tackle 2026 challenges like World Cup and elections.

   

Expansion and top performance

 

  Vilarejo Hotels grew 36% in 2025. They opened Aqua Vila at Hotel Fazenda Vilarejo. Thus, they expanded leisure area by 6%.

 

  Occupancy rate exceeded 95%. In this way, it beat market average. On the other hand, it boosted unique guest experiences.

   

Leadership changes

 

  Fátima Rodrigues took operational directorship. Paulo Marcelo Garcia leads Hotel Fazenda Vilarejo in Conservatória. Meanwhile, Ricardo Peixoto manages Hotel Vilarejo Praia, the area’s only all-inclusive.

   

Awards and recognition

 

  The chain won Social Action and Entrepreneurship at Top Hotéis Rio. Plus, it was named best hotel by Melhores Destinos for second year. João Mello received CIETH Tourism Highlights 2024.

   

Clube.V innovation

 

  In August, they launched Clube.V for partner agencies. The program blends commercial incentives and service investments. Therefore, it shows promising results.

   

2026 strategies

 

  João Mello warns of World Cup and elections. “We increased staff and strategic planning”, he states. Thus, they strengthen online communication.
