Chandon hosts exclusive harvest experience in southern Brazil

January event offers a behind-the-scenes look at winemaking with tastings and full immersion in Garibaldi.

A sensory journey through Chandon

On January 17 and 24, Chandon will host the Harvest Experience at Casa Chandon in Garibaldi, Serra Gaúcha. The event invites guests to explore where the brand’s iconic sparkling wines are born, granting rare access to restricted areas of the winery.

Over four hours, visitors follow every step of sustainable winemaking — from soil care and grape harvest to the transformation of musts into base wines, a key stage in shaping Chandon’s signature freshness and style.

Guided tasting and sunset celebration

The highlight of the experience is a technical tasting led by Bruno Munhoz, Chandon’s Head of Oenology, where participants sample sparkling wines in development, exploring each blend’s individuality before the final cut.

The journey ends with a sunset happy hour at Jardim Chandon, featuring an antipasto table paired with sparkling wines. Guests also receive exclusive gifts, including a Chandon glass, hat, bag, and accessories for a memorable experience.

Exclusive tasting menu

The menu offers artisan breads, cold cuts, seasonal fruits, gourmet cheeses, and hot dishes like mushroom quiche. Finger foods such as bruschettas and verrines complement dessert selections like dulce de leche panna cotta and pistachio cream with raspberry jam.
