The dinner features themed tables with fresh fruits, special cheeses and charcuterie. It also includes starters and salads with options such as burrata, codfish with chickpeas and premium poultry cuts.
Guests will also find an oriental station with sushi selection, gyoza and yakisoba, as well as main courses like duck magret with jabuticaba sauce, filet mignon in mushroom crust, seafood paella and vegan dishes.
The experience is complemented by a risotto and pasta station served in grana padano cheese, late-night soups with rustic breads and an extensive dessert table featuring tiramisu, cheesecake, special pies and verrines.
All this comes with a full open bar, including sparkling wine, 12-year whisky, selected wines, beer, juices and soft drinks. The chef stresses that flavor is central to the celebration, with attention to detail and respect for all tastes.
