São Paulo, December 2025 – BB Seguros has announced its sponsorship of “Meu Filho é um Musical”, a major new production that celebrates the life and career of Paulo Gustavo. The show premieres on May 28, 2026, at Teatro Multiplan, in Rio de Janeiro.
Conceived by Déa Lúcia, presented by the Ministry of Culture and produced by Touché Entretenimento, the musical turns the trajectory of one of Brazil’s most beloved artists into an original stage show. Tickets are already on sale through the official ticketing platform.
Celebrating 20 years of “Minha Mãe é Uma Peça”
Directed by Ju Amaral and João Fonseca, with a script by Fil Braz, the production also marks the 20th anniversary of the box-office hit “Minha Mãe é Uma Peça”. The musical revisits defining moments of Paulo Gustavo’s career.
The narrative follows his early steps on stage up to his consolidation as a national phenomenon. Combining humor, emotion and music, the show highlights the artist’s legacy and the strong emotional bond he built with audiences across the country.
Seasons in Rio, São Paulo and national tour
The musical is set for seasons in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, followed by a national tour. In this way, the production takes Paulo Gustavo’s story to audiences in different regions, reinforcing his cultural impact.
