  Throughout December, DÉTOUR SP is an option for those seeking different nighttime plans in the city center. The atmosphere evokes an urban hideaway, with attention to the overall sensory experience. As a result, the space appeals to groups of friends and couples alike.

   

French-inspired menu with Brazilian touches

 

  The food menu is signed by Maíra Knox (Institut Paul Bocuse), combining French refinement with Brazilian ingredients. Dishes include braised octopus with bacon foam, among other creations. There are also options such as tamarind-caramelized ribs, designed to pair well with the drinks.

 

  The culinary concept values flavor combinations that dialogue with the bar program. Guests may opt for a full dinner or shareable plates to accompany cocktails. The aim is to keep food, music and drinks in balance.

Music curation as a key element

 

  Music is a central part of the DÉTOUR SP experience. The soundtrack moves through low bpm, chill, jazz, groove, downtempo and deep house, maintaining an elegant, laid-back vibe. The sound design supports conversations rather than overpowering them.

 

  The venue features two resident DJs. Rodrigo Ferrari, who also designed the acoustic and sound system, is a veteran of São Paulo’s electronic scene, known for sets that blend downtempo, broken beat, acid jazz and deep house. Benjamin Ferreira is recognized for his musical research and ability to connect different strands of electronic music with sophistication and flow.
