It was meant to be just another afternoon in Rio de Janeiro, but Shopping Leblon stopped for Rebeca Andrade and Diego Ribas. The meeting was part of the 25-year Panel of Dr. Veit, hosted by Dr. Veit and Dr. Cynthia Veit. In addition, the audience was moved by the guests’ stories of resilience.
The renowned sports duo signed many autographs and got closer to fans. To the sound of Buchecha and his hit “Nosso sonho não vai terminar…”, the crowd went wild. The singer, ambassador of Natal Azul for over ten years, energized both the audience and the stage.
The Flamengo idol and current commentator and speaker, Diego Ribas, took the microphone and even sang. Then he danced enthusiastically alongside his wife, influencer Bruninha Letícia. However, what truly united all these stars was the 25-year celebration of Dr. Veit and Natal Azul.
25 years of Dr. Veit and social impact
The Natal Azul project has already helped more than 40,000 children over the years. The initiative was created by dental surgeon Dr. Veit and his wife, Cynthia Veit. As a result, it has become a reference in social assistance, supporting more than 26 institutions so far.
The actions include distribution of food baskets, oral hygiene kits, toys, donations and gifts. Moreover, the project offers values and life lessons to the communities it serves. Thus, Natal Azul reinforces the Veit family’s long-term commitment to social responsibility.
Rebeca Andrade on dreams and mental health
The evening opened with an inspiring talk by Rebeca Andrade, Brazil’s most decorated Olympic athlete. She addressed mental health, dreams and her life journey. In addition, she mentioned that she studies Psychology, fulfilling a dream first held by her mother.
In a caring gesture, Rebeca recalled what happened when she returned to Brazil with her Olympic medals. She made a point of taking them to show her dentist, Dr. Cynthia Veit. In this way, she highlighted the bond of trust built over the years.
Diego Ribas highlights smiles, discipline and family
The host of the night, Dr. Veit, who has treated more than 30,000 patients, led the conversation with Diego Ribas. The former Flamengo and Santos player spoke about how a smile can transform lives, and also emphasized discipline and family. Then he invited his wife, Bruna Letícia, to join him.
Together, Diego and Bruna discussed the importance of marriage and partnership in personal and professional life. She especially focused on social projects and their effect on vulnerable communities. Therefore, the couple reinforced their commitment to humanitarian causes.
It is worth noting that the couple will attend the major Natal Azul celebration event. They will give a special talk exclusively for children in vulnerable situations. In doing so, they intend to offer messages of motivation, hope and inspiration.

The evening, which turned into a true celebration in the heart of Rio’s Zona Sul, also welcomed Shopping Leblon superintendent Rodrigo Lovatti. He announced a partnership with Natal Azul, which will now also support the Comunidade da Cruzada in the neighborhood. Thus, the event expanded the project’s social reach.
The gathering also brought together Veit’s children, Nathan and Layla, reinforcing the family nature of the initiative. Additionally, entrepreneur Alexandre Accioly, Joanna Lowndes Furtado and journalist Aline Pacheco attended, among other guests. In this way, the panel attracted important leaders from Rio’s social scene.
