Seasonal brunch to welcome summer in São Paulo
To celebrate the start of summer and holiday season, Hilton São Paulo Morumbi is launching a new summer brunch. The concept brings a refreshing, sophisticated dining experience tailored to warm days in the city.
Served at Armazem Morumbi starting December 7, 2025, the brunch runs on weekends through March 29, 2026. It is positioned as an ideal program for both hotel guests and locals seeking a relaxed yet elevated weekend meal.
“Brisa do Mar” seafood station and buffet highlights
The main attraction is the “Brisa do Mar” station, available on Sundays, featuring recipes with fresh fish and seafood. Offerings include fresh oysters, ceviche, seafood stew, plus an assortment of sushi and sashimi, bringing a coastal touch to São Paulo’s urban setting.
A live Show station serves freshly made creamy risottos such as shrimp risotto and brie with confit tomatoes. The buffet also covers a wide range of salads, cheeses, cold cuts and hot dishes.
Signature mains include Portuguese-style codfish and Angus roast beef with caramelized onions, crafted to please different tastes while maintaining a comfort-food appeal.
Desserts, drinks and a cozy atmosphere
The dessert island features creations such as caipirinha entremet, vegan strawberry tart and the Brazilian classic pudim (caramel flan). The menu balances playful ideas with well-loved favorites.
The brunch includes non-alcoholic drinks like orange juice, water and soft drinks, as well as alcoholic options such as Stella Artois beer, caipirinhas and lime caipiroskas. The Armazem Morumbi setting adds liveable comfort to the experience.
