Rafa Nadal Tennis Center chega a Santa Catarina

Santa Catarina will host Latin America’s first Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, integrated into the All Resort Porto Belo on Costa Esmeralda.

First unit in Latin America

The renowned Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, founded by Spanish tennis legend Rafael Nadal, is taking an important step in its global expansion. The brand’s first Latin American facility will open in partnership with All Resort Porto Belo, in Santa Catarina, Brazil. In this way, the country joins the international network of official centers linked to the athlete.

The agreement was signed by All Wert Empreendimentos, represented by CEO Richard Schwambach, and Iñigo Aznar, Global Director for International Expansion of Nadal Tennis Center. The partnership was formalized in Manacor, Spain, Nadal’s hometown. Thus, the project keeps a direct connection with the academy’s origins and methodology.

Sport, living and leisure combined

The new sports complex will be part of All Resort Porto Belo, an ecosystem that blends residences, leisure and sports amid the nature of Costa Esmeralda. The training center in Porto Belo will be the first in the region officially endorsed by the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center. Moreover, it will combine top-tier sports infrastructure with a teaching method based on Nadal’s experience and his coaching team.

The Brazilian unit will be the network’s largest site in the world fully dedicated to tennis. Plans include 17 courts, with both hard and clay surfaces, in indoor and outdoor areas. The complex will also feature a central arena for more than 1,500 spectators, eight covered padel courts, a high-performance gym and wellness areas.

The project will offer a premium gastronomy area and a museum showcasing historic items from Rafael Nadal’s career. In this sense, the center is designed as both a high-level training venue and a visitor attraction. The mix of sport, culture and entertainment broadens its appeal.

“At All Resort, sport is a key part of our identity, as it represents movement, discipline and overcoming limits,” says Richard Schwambach.

“We are very happy that the international expansion of the academy is reaching South America. Brazil has a huge passion for sport,” states Rafael Nadal.

All Resort enters a new phase

The partnership with Rafael Nadal marks a new chapter for All Resort Porto Belo, which already features Latin America’s first illuminated golf course. In addition, the project advances with the launch of the second tower of Terra All Resort. The new building will offer panoramic views of the residential club’s sports complex.

Designed by architects Thiago Bernardes and Miguel Pinto Guimarães, the condominium will have two eight-story towers. It will include 300 residences of up to 931 m², following the concept of “suspended houses”, with large terraces, private pools and gardens. Thus, the development combines high-end living, comfort and closeness to nature.

Owners will be able to access the full sports ecosystem of the All Resort. Facilities include the Nadal Tennis Center, an 18-hole golf course, beach tennis and pickleball courts, society football and children’s pitches. There will also be a water park with a wave pool, set within a 1 km long artificial beach.
