Miami charity dinner raises funds for Gerando Falcoes projects in Brazilian favelas

At Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, the 5th Gerando Falcoes International Benefit Dinner unites leaders to support education and digital access in favelas.

A purpose-driven night in Miami Beach

One of the most anticipated evenings of the year is here: the 5th Annual Benefit Dinner of Gerando Falcoes International (GFI) in Miami. The event takes place on December 1 at the iconic Nobu Hotel, in Miami Beach. It promises an unforgettable night where Miami’s vibrant cultural and entrepreneurial energy meets a global mission to transform lives in Brazil’s favelas.

As GFI’s final benefit dinner of the year, Miami represents more than just a venue. Known for its diversity, creativity, boldness and collaborative spirit, the city offers the perfect stage for a night where purpose meets inspiration. Business leaders, philanthropists and artists will gather to support high-impact opportunities.

The funds raised will help expand education, digital access and pathways to dignity for families living in Brazilian favelas. The idea is to transform generosity into tangible action. In doing so, the dinner connects an international network of supporters with local change on the ground.

Special guests and stories of impact

GFI CEO Tatiana Alonso shared her excitement about returning to Miami. She highlights how closely the city’s audience is connected to global causes. For her, this connection is what turns inspiration into a multiplier effect.

“Miami has always been special to us. The audience is generous, engaged and deeply connected to global causes. We know they will turn this energy into action, creating a multiplier effect that will reach thousands of families in Brazil’s favelas,” says Tatiana Alonso.

The evening will be hosted by international supermodel Isabeli Fontana, who will set the tone for an inspiring celebration. Guests will also hear, through Andressa Suita, moving stories of families whose lives have been transformed by Gerando Falcões initiatives. These testimonies will bring the impact of the work closer to the audience.

Adding a technology and innovation perspective, Mauricio Ferreira, Global Business Solutions Leader for AI at Microsoft, will address the crowd. He will present details of a collaboration focused on bringing AI training to favela communities. The goal is to unlock new opportunities for income generation and productive inclusion.

Live auction and high-profile supporters

One of the most anticipated moments of the night will be the live auction, led by renowned auctioneer Henri Zylberstajn. The catalog includes a sculpture by Luca Benites and a piece by artist André Poli. Another highlight is a coveted jersey signed by Vini Jr., paired with tickets to a Real Madrid match.

Special guests Tati Pilão, Rodrigo Branco, couple Tati Barbieri & Roman Shpigel, and singer Di Ferrero will help present select auction items. Their participation promises to add energy, charisma and emotion to the fundraising moments. The atmosphere is designed to be both festive and meaningful.

To complete the experience, DJ Ga Salvia will perform a lively set mixing Brazilian beats with Miami’s cosmopolitan sound. Music, culture and philanthropy will share the same stage. Together, they will shape a night built around impact and connection.

Sponsors and support for favela-focused initiatives

This transformative evening is made possible by the generous support of sponsors AB InBev and Banco Bradesco. The dinner also brings together global leaders and executives committed to a more inclusive future for Brazil’s favelas. Their backing helps scale the reach of social innovation projects in the field.

By mobilizing the private sector, philanthropy and culture, the event strengthens cross-border alliances. These partnerships are key to sustaining long-term initiatives led by Gerando Falcões in Brazil. Miami becomes, for one night, a bridge between global generosity and local transformation.
