Bold Hospitality launches Aussie Salad, a fresh and flavorful salad delivery service expanding market presence.
New salad delivery concept
Bold Hospitality Company, behind Outback Steakhouse, Abbraccio, and Aussie Chicken and More in Brazil, expands with Aussie Salad. This new delivery service focuses on fresh and indulgent salads, leveraging the group’s established infrastructure.
The brand concept grew from the success of salads on the Aussie Chicken and More menu, emphasizing fresh and bold flavors. Thus, Aussie Salad offers high-quality and varied options.
Varied menu with simple and protein options
The menu features salads like Crunch Mix Salad, combining lettuce, arugula, red cabbage, grated carrot, and diced tomato, finished with balsamic mayonnaise, cucumber, and caramelized pecan nuts, priced at R$43.90. Meanwhile, Mac’n Salad includes mixed lettuces, caracolino pasta, chopped bacon, corn, grated carrot, and crunchy ranch dressing.
Protein options include Crispy Chicken Tenders (R$57.90) and Shrimp Salad (R$67.90) with fried breaded shrimp. Customized salads start at R$59.90 as well.
Combos, drinks, and desserts
Customers can choose combos that include drinks, such as the Vanilla Lemonade, sold individually for R$15.90. For dessert, the Double Trouble Cookie Brigadeiro stands out with two chocolate chip cookies filled halfway with brigadeiro, priced at R$7.90.
Combo prices range from R$62.90 to R$74.90 depending on the protein choice. Therefore, Aussie Salad strengthens Bold Hospitality’s presence in a growing segment focused on flavor, convenience, and customization.
