Momo Gelato unveils the limited-edition Brigadetto Diet Gelato Cake, available for order until December 22 for holiday celebrations.
Created exclusively for the holiday season, Momo Gelato introduces the Brigadetto Diet Gelato Cake, a sugar-free option designed to please different palates. The cake can be ordered until December 22 and is priced at R$ 350 in Rio de Janeiro and R$ 380 in São Paulo.
Exclusive recipe and sugar-free profile
The new flavor is inspired by one of the brand’s classic favorites. It features a crunchy cocoa diet biscuit base, momolatte gelato — Momo’s exclusive fior di latte — filled and topped with diet brigadeiro and finished with chocolate diet shavings.
“Many of our customers wanted a sugar-free version of this flavor. It is an outstanding recipe and I believe it will be very successful among diabetics and people who follow sugar-free diets,” says Walter de Mattos, founding partner of Momo.
Other flavors available
Alongside Brigadetto Diet, customers can also enjoy the Da Vó Iracema Cake, created in partnership with chef Roberta Sudbrack, priced at R$ 290. Other permanent options include Gianduia Diet, Pistachio, Dulce de Leche Pavê, Banoffee and Speculoos, with prices starting at R$ 280.
