Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo has opened enrollment for the Basic Cuisine 2026 Certificate, a program designed to initiate professional training in gastronomy. At this stage, students are introduced to essential kitchen techniques, including proper use of utensils, different meat cutting methods and vegetable preparation.
This first contact is fundamental in developing talent and building a strong technical foundation, preparing future chefs for diverse culinary environments around the world.
Solid training and global recognition
Recognized worldwide, the institute emphasizes the importance of mastering core techniques to ensure consistent development and professional autonomy. After completing Basic Cuisine, students may progress to Intermediate Cuisine and Superior Cuisine. Completing all three modules enables them to obtain the prestigious Diplôme de Cuisine, internationally recognized in classical French culinary training.
Course formats and options
The certificate is offered in three formats: regular, extensive and intensive. The regular morning course starts on January 12, 2026, with classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, lasting three months.
The extensive evening format begins on March 16, 2026, with classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, totaling seven months. The intensive option lasts one month, starting on January 6, 2026, with classes from Monday to Friday, from 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
