Spoleto keeps shredded ribs after campaign success

After exceeding sales expectations, Spoleto confirms shredded ribs will remain on the menu in new formats and fixed dishes.

Following the success of its special shredded ribs line, Spoleto announced that the protein will officially remain on the brand’s menu. The decision comes after the stock planned for three months sold out in just 30 days, surpassing all projections.

New menu formats

The shredded ribs are now available in two fixed dishes: Fettuccine with cheese sauce and shredded ribs, starting at R$ 35.90, and Gnocchi with Pomodoro sauce and shredded ribs, starting at R$ 43.90. The ingredient has also been added as a topping option in the “Create Your Own” menu, starting at R$ 14.90.

This allows customers to personalize their pasta with a more premium protein, reinforcing the chain’s commitment to offering differentiated and accessible options.

Public response

“For us, the public’s acceptance was a great surprise. In just one month of campaign, we sold the entire stock planned for three months, exceeding expectations. Bringing a more premium protein to our customers aligns with one of Grupo Trigo’s principles, which is to democratize good cuisine,” says Carolina Kinzel, Spoleto’s Marketing Manager.

Loyalty benefits
