Gelato Borelli expands its portfolio and transforms its iconic dulce de leche gelato into Dolcelli, a sophisticated liqueur now available in stores nationwide.
After 12 years consolidating its brand as a synonym for quality and innovation in artisanal gelato, Gelato Borelli announces a new milestone: the launch of Dolcelli, its exclusive dulce de leche liqueur. Starting in November, the product will be available in all brand stores, extending the Borelli experience beyond gelato and appealing to consumers who value refined beverages and authentic flavors.
Italian inspiration and sensory experience
Inspired by the Italian tradition of savoring life’s pleasures, Dolcelli was created to carry one of the brand’s most beloved flavors beyond the gelato counter. The result is a smooth, velvety liqueur with 15% alcohol content, designed for adults who appreciate special products and seek a versatile, high-quality gift option.
“For 12 years, we have been dedicated to delighting palates with the authenticity of our gelatos. With Dolcelli, we are transcending our passion and expanding the Borelli experience, transforming one of our most iconic flavors into a new ritual of celebration. This launch represents our commitment to quality and innovation, offering a sophisticated product for memorable moments,” says Tony Miranda, CEO of Gelato Borelli.
Careful production and premium ingredients
To achieve a perfectly balanced and creamy flavor, Borelli selected premium ingredients and chose vodka as the liqueur’s alcoholic base. Its neutral profile enhances the intense dulce de leche taste, delivering a unique and unmistakable sensory experience that reflects the brand’s DNA. The elegant packaging reinforces its positioning as a refined and presentable product.
Quality and safety standards
Borelli highlights its commitment to excellence and safety throughout the production process. Dolcelli is produced and bottled at Destilaria Batista, a renowned partner that follows strict quality control standards. Each batch is fully traceable, and raw material control includes in-house vodka production with constant monitoring.
Additionally, every batch undergoes laboratory safety analysis conducted by LABM in Belo Horizonte, an Inmetro-accredited laboratory, ensuring compliance and product reliability.
