Facing the iconic Ipanema shoreline, Boa Praça Ipanema prepares a summer-style New Year’s Eve celebration with staged dining, live DJ sets and a relaxed atmosphere. The event starts at 9 pm and runs until 4 am, offering a complete experience just steps from the sand.
Staged dining and festive flavors
The menu opens with ceviche, smoked salmon carpaccio, shrimp tower and fresh oysters. Dinner follows with seafood paella, selected meat cuts, pasta dishes and vegan options.
Throughout the night, desserts such as mousses, layered cakes and ice creams complete the experience. The classic mini cheeseburger with fries returns during the early hours to keep guests energized until sunrise.
Open bar and seaside atmosphere
The open bar features Beefeater gin, Absolut vodka, Ballantine’s whisky, sparkling wine, caipirinhas, Stella Artois and Beck’s beers, as well as Red Bull and soft drinks, ensuring a festive toast at midnight.
