Pullman Hotels & Resorts announces its global brand transformation focused on social exchange, innovation, and new hospitality experiences.
São Paulo, November 14, 2025 – Pullman Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor’s global Premium portfolio, officially presented its new global brand transformation and future vision. The initiative aims to strengthen its position as one of the most dynamic hotel brands worldwide.
A new Pullman experience
Since 1859, Pullman has redefined the meaning of travel, connection, and cultural exchange. The new phase reinforces the hotel as a dynamic social hub designed to match the pace of contemporary travelers.
A key symbol of this transformation is the Pullman Portal, inspired by railway tunnels from the brand’s early heritage. The installation marks the transition into the Pullman world and combines global identity with local interpretation through materials, form, and aesthetics.
The first Portal installation is available at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers, with upcoming deployments planned for properties such as Pullman Perth Airport and Pullman Hamilton. Additional installations will be rolled out across the network during scheduled renovation phases.
Flexible spaces designed for exchange
The brand also redesigned its meeting and event spaces based on flexibility, allowing seamless transitions between conference settings, creative studios, workshops, and cultural showcases. The concept reinforces the belief that innovation emerges in adaptable environments.
The announcement follows the global launch of Pullman xChange, a platform designed to inspire bold ideas and enhance meaningful dialogue among leaders, creators, and innovators.
New culinary and mixology stage
Food and beverage take center stage as social catalysts. Bars become key gathering hubs, active from the first morning coffee to the final cocktail, with menus that encourage sharing, spontaneity, and global flavor exploration.
Launching in 2026, Unexpected Pairings will introduce an experimental bar ritual where guests draw cards to discover surprising combinations between food and signature cocktails, promoting creativity and social interaction.
Human-centered hospitality
Over the past 18 months, Pullman developed a new training program focused on empathy, cultural awareness, and meaningful connection. Approximately 60% of Pullman’s more than 20,000 Heartists have completed the training, with full implementation expected in 2026.
Pullman xChange: vision meets legacy
Held from November 13 to 14, 2025, the debut edition of Pullman xChange transformed Pullman Dubai Downtown into a live creative forum. Developed in partnership with House of Beautiful Business, the event explored innovation, culture, and social transformation through exchanges, artistic immersion, and collective reflection.
The three-year collaboration will promote new platforms for cultural connection and thought leadership across continents, with future editions scheduled for Europe, Asia, and South America in 2026.
Global growth and future roadmap
According to Benoît Racle, Global Brand President, the transformation reinforces Pullman’s mission to elevate each hotel as a space for free-flowing ideas and authentic connections. The brand currently operates more than 150 hotels in over 40 countries and has over 70 projects under development.
Pullman is projected to surpass 200 hotels within the next five years. Future openings include Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort in Guadeloupe, Pullman Kolašin Breza in Montenegro, and Pullman Tokyo Ginza in Japan.
