Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel, will host a special edition of its traditional brunch on November 30, featuring acclaimed pastry chef Antonio Bachour, who leads the Bachour Restaurant & Patisserie in Miami, USA.
A Special Connection with the Hotel
Bachour has a longstanding connection with Copacabana Palace. He was responsible for the Dessert Hall at the hotel’s 100-Year Anniversary Ball, transforming the Noble Hall into a confectionery spectacle and marking the centennial celebration with sophistication and creativity.
Unique Culinary Experience
Accompanied by live music, the chef — named World Best Pastry Chef in 2018, 2019, and 2022, and Pastry Innovator in 2024 — will present exclusive creations specially developed for this event.
The brunch buffet will include hot dishes, salads, risotto stations, cheeses and cold cuts, desserts, and freshly prepared pastas from the hotel kitchen. Guests can also enjoy fresh bread from the hotel’s boulangerie.
