Pasta em Casa introduces a new Executive Menu with four complete experiences in Rio Vermelho and Alphaville.
Known for blending Italian culinary tradition with regional ingredients from Bahia, Pasta em Casa launches its new Executive Menu this Monday (17). The menu will be available at the Rio Vermelho and Alphaville units and will be served from Monday to Friday during lunchtime.
Starters that highlight artisanal cuisine
Guests may choose from three options. The mixed greens come with balsamic dressing, goat cheese, almond praline and roasted tomato. The Prosciutto Croquette offers a crispy exterior and creamy interior. The Beef Carpaccio features capers, arugula, parmesan and truffle oil.
Each starter reinforces the house’s commitment to craftsmanship and balanced flavor.
Four complete menus and diverse combinations
The Executive Menu 1 (R$ 79.90) brings the iconic “Ilha de Massas,” one of the restaurant’s classics. The selection offers lightness and freshness with daily handmade pasta and freshly prepared sauces, without proteins and without repetition.
The Executive Menu 2 (R$ 89.90) features three choices: Cod Rice with egg, olives and crispy potato; Polpetone served with buttered fettuccine; or the Vegetarian Lasagna.
Intense flavors and refined combinations
The Executive Menu 3 (R$ 99.90) includes Spaghetti with Shrimp and crustacean bisque, the Cupim Risotto with grape tomatoes and parmesan crisp, or the Funghi Lasagna.
Rounding out the selection, the Executive Menu 4 (R$ 109.90) offers the fish of the day with sautéed vegetables and ají amarillo, the Filet Mignon with pumpkin and gorgonzola purée, or the Fettuccine with mushrooms in a Chilean funghi sauce.
Desserts and the restaurant’s signature
To finish, two dessert options complete the experience: the Fruit Verrine with strawberry, mango and white chocolate, or the Pistachio Cheesecake topped with Nutella ganache.
